Your first visit begins with choosing a new guest service and submitting an appointment request. I’ll personally review your request, and once accepted, you’ll receive your appointment confirmation. Leading up to your visit, I’ll send helpful texts and emails with preparation tips, parking, and building entry details so you feel relaxed and ready when you arrive.
The Consultation
We’ll begin your visit with a personalized consultation to discuss your hair goals, concerns, and everyday styling routine. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your hair, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences, reviewing pricing before we begin so you feel comfortable and confident.
After Goodbye
Your care doesn’t end when you leave my chair. I’ll send you home with personalized styling tips and product recommendations to help you care for your hair between visits. If questions come up, reach out—I’m here to support you along the way.
